Lee W. Clark is the firm’s Director of Litigation. Mr. Clark began his law practice in 1994 as a criminal defense trial attorney. After clerking with a Federal Trial Court in San Francisco, he built a successful practice focusing on complex civil litigation, and co-founded Dimalanta Clark, LLP along with Erick Dimalanta. A mentor to his trial attorneys, Lee has demonstrated success, settling complex matters both in mediation and through the Special Master process. In less than twenty years as a practicing attorney, Lee has tried over seventy-five cases, and taken matters to verdict in real property cases, professional liability suits, contract damages, and intellectual property claims.
Mr. Clark is a Court Appointed Arbitrator for the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. Lee is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, as well as a member of the San Mateo County and Santa Clara County Bar Associations. A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, he is an alumnus of the University of Portland where he graduated magna cum laude in Society and Justice.
